Cuckoo for coconuts

I can't explain it, but lately I am addicted to coconut water. I
grabbed it once on a whim and ever since then I have been hooked. It
was on sale at safeway and I made Randall buy every last one. When
those ran out I saw them on sale at whole foods and bought all of
those too. I can't stop drinking these. I can't even touch regular
water anymore. I particularly like the coconut pineapple, but will
take whatever I can get.

In other news, I am loving this extra hour of sleep.

They have fresh coconuts at 99ranch for real cheap...you have to hammer them open and then pour out the water!!! So amazing!

I also am addicted, but on my midwifes orders. I was having dehydration issues and she advised drinking coconut water instead of just water because often your body just flushes water instead of hydrating you if it doesn't have electrolytes. She said that C.W. has very similar makeup to blood, and in some countries where saline is not available, they use coconut water for IVs! so anyway, I drink one of the huge ones a day, it gets pricey, but when I don't, I feel so so thirsty.
