Finding common(wealth) ground
This evening Frances asked me where she should get chinese food and my immediate response was mission Chinese food. Once I had the thought in my brain I decided I had to have it, so i told her I'd join her on the adventure (sorry sushi dog you're stuck with uncle Jimmy). We ended up leaving kind of late and jen joined us (wooed by the nearby ice cream). Unfortunately I blew it and mission Chinese food is actually closed on Wednesdays. Luckily commonwealth, their sister-ish restaurant next door, had availability for us. We only waited about 5 minutes and then dove into some amazing foods. Dining win! Plus I finally got to cross it off my list. The best thing was the soft egg although the lamb was great too. Actually the best thing is that jen and Frances are both sharers. We split every dish nom nom!

totally random i was thinking of mission chinese when i was at your desk today for some reason. and now adding commonwealth to the list of course.

Can we plan a group outing to mission chinese? We'll have to go right when they open though.
@mbz - so random! and yes add commonwealth to the list. you will like! i was totally surprised that we got seated. i thought the hostess was going to just laugh at me.
