it was a giant plate of roasted (and by roasted i mean broiled)
vegetables. There's a few tomatoes, a bell pepper, a carrot, and some
broccoli. See folks, I'm not just a big ol carnivore.


So did you just toss the veggies in olive oil and just put them under the broiler for a few minutes?
I rarely use my broiler. I'm always afraid I'm gunna burn stuff
i toss them in a small amount of olive oil, put them on a pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper and shove them under the broiler. after about 5 minutes, i rotate/flip the veggies around and go another 5. i sort of just keep peeking in every few minutes until they're the way i want them. super easy!
