is coming up she decided to give it all a french theme (including
champagne and/or "champagne"). It was more fun than I even anticipated
and was adorably cute. We even had an official guy named Reuben who
showed us the ropes and helped our tipsy asses keep score.
Sadly, Randall and I did not win the tournament, but we did win our
first match and that seemed to satiate my competitive streak. Perhaps
it was all that champagne that satiated me, but at that point it was
hard to tell.
