bear. it's cold.

hamburger panda and JZ came over this evening. we partied like 15 year olds who raided their parents liquor cabinet. okay maybe not quite, but we did eat pizza, have ice cream and drank a lot of guaro sours.

panda also hand delivered this print for my wall of arts. i couldn't decide between the manabot and the bears, so randall broke the tie and voted for bears. besides panda has a large manabot in her house, so i can go see that one when i visit her.

ps. guaro is a costa rican sugar cane based alcohol. we brought a bottle back when we were there this summer. we almost drank it all this evening.

That print is adorable, and I now know I really need to try guaro! Does it taste at all like rum, though?

guaro is a sugar cane-based alcohol, it's a little like rum, but i think it's more like vodka in that it's rather flavorless. it's nothing amazing, but is fun.

Oh, good. I don't like rum because of the flavor. Now I do really need to try it.

OMG! you know the Manabot creator?? I love that little illustration! I want to do a triptych in my baby's room but I can't decide what to put with the manabot? Maybe Turtlebot and Robeel? Or maybe I mix it up and go for Scuba Cat and something else... I just don't know. I do know that Manabot needs to be in the mix as it is my fave.

On a side note, nothing better than partying like 15 year olds. Occasionally we break out the chill shot and throw a bottle of Jägermeister on it... danger danger danger....

With the release of Squidbot I might have to do that and Jellybot with my Manabot. I think it is a done deal and I may go purchase now.
