this weekend we're celebrating karenr's last few weekends as a single lady. she and shin are getting hitched soon, and so schepas and co. are throwing a great big hoopdidoo. we're starting off by heading to the horse races, and since it happens to be kentucky derby day, we are donning big ol' hats. i picked this one up today; it's not as big as i was hoping for, but it was the right price. and while it doesn't look like much now, just you wait until i get it decorated.
