chores, go look at some houses, and eat at a random place in a
potential new neighborhood. Today completely fit that pattern.
First I took inventory on our earthquake kits and made a shopping list
of things that need to be replaced, and added to. I thought we were
completely prepared, but after an inspection, I think we are only 75%
there. I'm hoping to be closer to 99% by next weekend. I'd say 100%
but come on, there's always something you're bound to forget.
After earthquake check, Randall and I hit the open house circuit. We
saw a couple that are great, but we're not going to buy them. They're
not right for us. And to be honest, I'm not really ready.
But it is fun to window shop and check out new places. Today we ended
up in glen park where we ate delicious sandwiches from canyon market
and then popped over to eggettes where we ate some eggettes (hk style
waffles). I will say, glen park really isn't my ideal area, but it
gets bonus points for eggettes.delicious
