On the way home we met a dog named Pete. He's up for adoption and is maybe the cutest guy I've ever seen. I fell in love immediately and wanted to call our landlord to see if we could change the no dogs policy. He was the most precious pup ever. I don't know if we're ready for a dog really, but I wanted him.
A little while later, Randall and I met up with kele and Eric for a feast at namu. We absolutely pigged out and had a delicious meal. I loved their fried chicken and ramen, but honestly everything was so good it was hard to pick just one favorite dish. Once we had our fill, we wandered the few blocks to buckshot where we tossed some skeeball and played some pool. Eric dumbed his game down for us as he's quite a good player. He and kele still managed to kick our butts though.
Afterwards I headed to the knockout to say happy birthday to April. We were hoping to dance, but the band had too many watchers and it was far too crowded. We all hung out for a while, but had to take a raincheck on the dancer pants. Next time apes, next time!
