but sometimes all the koolaid comes through and I can't help but
smiling. Despite the ups and downs and frustrations, truth is, I work
for a pretty cool company. I also work for a rapidly expanding
company. We're at 125 employees and our 15th floor office is nearly
full. So today we had our allhands on the 13th floor. Most buildings
this big don't have a 13th, but not our weird semi-famous one (it's
featured in the maltese falcon). We have a 13th and we may be seeing
more of it. We're just too big for one floor.
After our big ra ra meeting (well not exactly right after, but at the
end of the day), a bunch (and I mean bunch) of us headed to metropol
for happy hour. The happy hour is long and the pours are tall, so it's
the new place to go. Plus the irish waitresses are awesome. A good
time was had by all. We seriously took up over half the place, thanks
for the treat bsugz!
Ps. I'm not in these photos today. I'm sick of looking at my own face.
Especially when it was so gross and muggy out. On a related note, I
switched to some aluminum free deodorant (meaning no antiperspirant).
That shit my friends, is bullshit.
