The Daily Sabs

my morm lives out in the middle of nowhere, it's this bizarre suburbia surrounded by nothing, but she loves it. her yard is huge, and her sky is big. it's a pain to visit, but comforting to be there. no matter when you stop by, there's always homecooked food, and treats for you to take home. today it was a bag full of homegrown oranges money can't buy.

in other news, when i woke up this morning, i was crazy tired, and parts of my legs don't work so good. last night was a huge learning experience, and while i wasn't thrilled with a bunch of the photos i took, there are definitely a few gems. plus, when combined with scottel's, i think we did them right. so, who's next? will we be shooting your wedding?

meet mr. moneybags, he used to be called "my baby tree" but he's gotten rather large and has outgrowned the baby name. we picked him up at ikea a few years ago when he was tiny, desktop sized (about the height of my hemline), and lived in a really small pot. now i should fess up, i'm not a great gardener. i tend to forget to water plants, and i definitely don't give them any extra nutrients. so what is the deal with this guy? he is humongous and won't stop growing. in fact i have nowhere to put him because he can't go too close to a window, and there's no space for him to hang out in the corner. so now he just sort of sits in the middle of the room demanding all of our attention. i'd complain, but if a money tree does well, that means we're gonna be rich, right?

in other news, the sweater i'm wearing is identical to one that angelica has. i know because i saw her wearing it, asked her where it was from, and went to the store at lunch and bought it (don't worry i asked her if it was okay first). bonus was that it on sale for 35 (down from 130!), plus i had a reward thing and so got it for 15. see? it was sort of impossible not to buy it.
