today is burger's birthday. randall and i like her enough to have set our alarms in time for brunch at bar tartine.
afterwards, burger and i spent the rainy day indoors doing some clothing shopping. neither of us are big on shopping, so it was an exercise in ridiculousness. the only thing we could do was follow that up cupcakes and birthday songs.
