this evening it was my turn to make dinner, so i went with my favorite standby, potstickers. this time i used ground pork, chives, cilantro, bok choy blossoms, chili peppers, garlic, and ginger. i should've put more bok choy, but had never used it before so i wasn't sure how it would work out. verdict = great.

the fall of technology leads to the return of yum
pardon my language, but it has been a real shitty time for technology in my life. things keep breaking. for example blackberry email is down (which is hindering my other dumb vanity blog project), and now my computer won't turn on. well actually it turns on, but you can't see a damn thing, not even when you plug it into a monitor.
this evening i had hoped to upload a bunch of the pictures from this weekend, as well as check up on my personal email, but well that's out of the question. so in my wee hiatus from the internet, i have decided to indulge the cooking bug that i caught. pasta with the tomato pesto for dinner, and then baked goods after that. i'm not sure what yet, i'm gonna invent something. wish me luck.
ps. if you're wondering how i'm doing this post, the answer is simple: i stole randall's computer. actually that's not true, i had to distract him with video games and that is why i can't even watch tv this evening.
