Afternoon yogurt with the gals

Today was a work day. As in we worked all day and thru the evening too. It was also a long day, but thankfully it went by quickly. At around four kellan and Victoria were off to find a snack, and I decided to join them. We ended up across the street at cafe ambrosia for some yogurt. Kellan turned hers into a shake and so I did the same. Oreo mint for me!

The end.

Ps. I am usually pretty good at this, but can't for the life of me remember what either of those gals wore today so I made it up.

We didn't all make the pic, but the birthday girl did and that's what matters

Monday is angelica's birthday (she's in the back corner with her eyes
closed), but she thought she could outmaneuver us by taking tomorrow
and Monday off. Well, she thought wrong. When she was least expecting
it, we surprised her with a froyo attack! The posse was mighty and
filled an entire elevator. Sadly I'm not that great at capturing
everyone and we're not that great at huddling in. But clockwise
starting with me you have Lauren, Kristy, Shannon, Angelica, Morgan,
and the hands and yogurt of Karli and Kristen (sorry ladies I'll make
us squish more next time!).

It should be noted that the froyo (seriously can't stop using that
word despite my hate) place is not much bigger than two elevators.
Needless to say, we were a yogurt force to be reckoned with.

Happy early bday Angelica! You the best swirl!

A quick note on froyo and gender

This afternoon Brian, Andy, Sean, and I made a quick excursion to the
new frozen yogurt place across the street. Sadly, I stupidly forgot to
take a picture of our outing. The outing cracked me up for a couple of
reasons, the first being that in an office that is 75% female, the
only folks who wanted to go were dudes. The second being that the word
froyo was used so many times. I don't know why but that word cracks me
up. I understand that it's just an abbreviation, but it's sounds so
ridiculous.

Now, the question I ask you is this. Is froyo for everyone or is it a
"ladies" treat? Personally, I say it's for all. Sure it's tasty, but
there's no reason for us to bogart it. Especially not at the new
place, it's serve yourself and you pay by the ounce, toppings included.

So let's get some froyo yo!
