this evening, jeff and i did an unprecedented thing. we left the office before 6pm. okay maybe it was right at 6pm, but still, we left the office before a lot of other people, and this is rare. especially for jeff. the reason for our early departure? carolyn! she's got a contract gig in the city, and we all thought it would fun to hangout. we started across the street at metropol where we had a refreshing glass of wine outdoors, and then moved on. We were originally going to go to tropisueno, but it was a 30 minute wait and we wanted to continue our memory lane/where are they now? chatter, so we headed to the grove. we had a good time chatting, and the best part was that it was so nice, we could sit outside the whole time. sf you're the best when you're like this!
